1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
All private VIP transfer reservations made through our online booking system are processed instantly. There is no deposit or credit card pre-authorization required to secure your booking.
A reservation is considered active and confirmed once it is processed by our scheduling system. Our operators will reach out to you via WhatsApp or email to double-check details if any information (like flight numbers or dates) is missing or invalid.
2. Delay Guarantee & Live Flight Tracking
We track all arriving flights in real-time. In the event of a flight delay, your scheduled pickup time is automatically updated at no extra cost, and your private chauffeur will wait for you at the terminal gate.
No wait-time fees are charged for flight delays. If you miss your connecting flight or if your flight is cancelled, please notify our WhatsApp desk as soon as possible so we can update or cancel your booking.
3. Payment & Pricing Policy
The price calculated and presented during your online booking is fixed. It includes all toll roads, fuel charges, airport parking fees, luggage handling, and infant booster seats.
Payment is made directly in the vehicle upon arrival at your destination. You can pay your chauffeur in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or TL) or using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard) via the terminal machine available in the vehicle.
4. Cancellation & Changes
You can cancel your reservation or modify your transfer dates/times free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellations and changes can be requested easily by messaging our 24/7 WhatsApp support desk with your reservation details.
5. Child Seats & Luggage Policy
We provide complimentary baby car seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the number of infants/children and their ages during the booking process to ensure the correct seat layout is loaded into your vehicle.
Standard passenger luggage capacity is determined by the vehicle class chosen (Private Vito up to 6 large bags, Sprinter up to 12 large bags). Exceeding standard luggage limits without prior notice may require vehicle upgrades.
