We do NOT collect, store, or process any credit card numbers or banking credentials. Since all transfer charges are paid directly to your chauffeur inside the vehicle via cash or terminal card machine, your financial details remain completely secure and private.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used strictly to verify and track your flight number for delays, coordinate the arrival of your private chauffeur at the correct terminal, communicate booking status updates via WhatsApp, and ensure a smooth door-to-door shuttle service.
We do not sell, rent, or lease passenger records to third-party marketing companies. Your passenger data is shared only with the specific chauffeur assigned to your transfer route.
3. Data Security & Storage
All reservation details are transmitted securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. Your records are stored in a secured environment protected by standard access-control protocols.
Passenger booking histories are archived periodically and can be fully deleted at any time upon request by contacting our WhatsApp support desk.
4. Cookies and Web Analytics
Our website utilizes temporary cookies to keep track of your selected pickup/drop-off destinations and dates while you navigate the checkout form.
We also use anonymized analytical tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor website performance and improve user experience. These tools do not associate data with any personally identifiable information.
